Alright friends, last week we posted a wishlist of things we wanted from Run The Jewel’s tour. Once we posted that, we decided it was best to send a recruit into the show to take photos and report back on SOME of our wishes…

Run The Jewels definitely delivered on the mood of their third album. The show seems to very much fulfill our wishlist in certain areas… the dark intense lighting, the INFLATABLES are in fact back and we even see some serious stage energy from the two rappers. So we got the moody lighting, the intensity, and the inflatables--3 checks! So for the rest of the tour, we're still rooting for the politician piñata, the gold chains, real gold hands and... a few more things.

Run The Jewels recently released their third studio effort Run The Jewels 3. It’s been a wild ride for the two performers as their album switched things up on a musical maturity level by providing much more emotional context.

The album itself took a full year to record and was supposed to be released this month, but in light of their opinionated nature, RTJ couldn’t help but drop the album a month early to the excitement of fans and critics alike.

We’re grateful that RTJ has made such a heroic return for 2017. We can’t wait to see what the rest of the tour, and the year will bring. Check out the dates below!
