Jeff Tweedy took to Late Night With Seth Meyers on Monday night to give the studio audience a cool, chill sesh. The Wilco frontman is just days away from the band's Solid Sound Festival in North Adams, Massachusetts. The fest kicks off on Friday, the same day Tweedy's dropping his solo album, Together At Last.

And so, since Together At Last consists of solo-acoustic versions of songs from Wilco and Tweedy’s side projects, he played Wilco's "I Am Trying To Break You Heart" for Meyers. The rendition is smooth and comforting, like drinking a chai tea latte on a cozy fall afternoon -- despite the twisted love song.

Check out more Wilco gigs here. Their Solid Sound fest goes down June 23 to 25 and includes acts like Kurt Vile, Television and Big Thief.
