T.I. and Ice-T joined forces on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Monday with a quick mash-up of each other's songs.

This wasn't just some dude sitting at a computer meshing their hits together either; this was a live performance, complete with live instrumentals and hot-as-hell verses. The West Coast legend tried out his 1991 classic “O.G. Original Gangster” verses over 2004's “Bring ‘Em Out,” while T.I. injected his cyphers into "O.G."

Kimmel's Mash-Up Mondays usually combine two artists who have nothing in common, like Lady Antebellum with Bell Biv DeVoe and the Go-Go’s with OK Go. But T.I. and Ice-T's performance worked pretty well, and you can clearly tell that the '80s rapper had an influence on Tip's work.

T.I. is about to head out on his 2017 Hustle Gang Tour, which extends from April to June. Tickets are on sale now
