The [announcement of the Frank Ocean](http://lntv.com/news/frank-ocean-announces-live) was no surprise, but the excitement for his return to the stages still grows. Sasquatch! will be one of his three announced appearances in the U.S. for this year, so it’ll be something special to say the least. Though there are many big names to catch at the event, it’s also unique in its talent curation as it features tons of emerging artists as well. Founder Adam Zacks [tells Consequence of Sound](http://consequenceofsound.net/2010/04/interview-adam-zacks-founder-of-sasquatch-music-festival/) that “it's been a priority from the beginning to shine a light on the NW music scene and help elevate up and coming bands." Not only will they be offering top-of-the-line global and local musical performances, they will also be featuring a lineup of comedians for those who want a few laughs in between, including Fred Armisen, Sasheer Zamata and Nate Bargatze, just to name a few. For anyone in the Pacific Northwest region, Sasquatch! is a beloved annual roundup of music-loving festival folk for a full weekend of celebration. Taking place on Memorial Day weekend, the gathering highlights the grand, natural beauty of the Columbia River Gorge and makes for the ultimate 3-day weekend escape. Tickets will be going on sale Saturday, January 28 at 10 AM ET via their [official website](https://www.sasquatchfestival.com).
