The East Coast just got a second helping of upcoming festival headlining sets by Jay Z. After Mr. Carter was revealed to be playing the 2017 Made In America festival in Philly this Labor Day weekend, it has just been announced that he’ll also head up New York City’s Meadows Music and Arts Festival two weeks later.

The second annual Meadows festival takes over the surroundings of Queens’ City Field from September 15-17. Damon Albarn-led cartoon rockers Gorillaz, who are playing American stages for the first time in ages, and Cali’s Red Hot Chili Peppers round out the topliners.

Tickets for the festival will be available starting Wednesday, May 10 at the festival’s site at theMeadowsnyc.com. There will be “very limited early bird & advance price tickets available” then, which will save you up to thirty bucks on a three-day GA admission.

There are plenty of other goodies on the bill to fill up the three days. Future, Nas, Run the Jewels, L.L. Cool J, De La Soul, Joey Bada$$, Ghostfase Killah, and of course Jay Z are among the new and old school hip-hop headed to Queens. Weezer, TV on the Radio, Two Door Cinema Club and Foster The People will offer various flavors of rock and roll in addition to Red Hot Chili Peppers and Gorillaz. Meanwhile, anyone ready to dance will find Bassnectar,  A-Trak and Big Gigantic will be there; and those looking for a groove will find Erykah Badu, St. Paul and the Broken Bones, and Fantastic Negrito. Of course, dozens of others are also in the lineup: don’t sleep on Lizzo, Public Access T.V. or Broods no matter what kind of music you like.
