Before Fleetwood Mac makes their anticipated return at The Classic in July, two of the band's members are teaming up to tour in support of their new duets album.

On Tuesday, Lindsey Buckingham and Christine McVie announced their self-titled duets album, which was sparked during Fleetwood Mac's On With The Show Tour in 2014 and 2015. Since then, the two musicians have been hard at work on the collaboration -- the first song of which will be out on Friday. The 10-track Lindsey Buckingham/Christine McVie, which was recorded at Los Angeles’ The Village studios (where Tusk was created), will reach stores on June 9. Mick Fleetwood and John McVie also appear on the album.

“We were exploring a creative process, and the identity of the project took on a life organically,” Buckingham said in a statement. “The body of work felt like it was meant to be a duet album. We acknowledged that to each other on many occasions, and said to ourselves, ‘What took us so long?!!'”

Buckingham and McVie will embark on their tour on June 21 in Atlanta. Heading up the East Coast and crossing the country, they will arrive on the West Coast just in time for The Classic West, which features Fleetwood Mac, Journey, Eagles, Steely Dan, The Doobie Brothers and Earth, Wind & Fire on July 15 and 16. After finishing up their tour, they'll join back up with Fleetwood Mac for The Classic East -- the New York version of the two-day event going down on July 29 and 30.
