One might say that the world is a strange place right now. Electric Daisy Carnival is offering up their EDM festival as a safe space. In the trailer for their fest, Insomniac suggests that EDC is one of the places where humanity can thrive.

People from all over the world flash on the screen in seamless cinematic fashion, showing off the diversity that our planet holds. "The time has come for us to gather once again," the narrator begins. "In this place where all are welcome. This is our sanctuary. this is our home. This is the Electric Daisy Carnival."

The nearly six-minute video then blasts into hardcore dance music, footage of last year's EDC Las Vegas spinning quickly and erratically onscreen. There's stories' high stages, millions of lights, fluffy costumes, neon carnival rides and even a marriage proposal. Artists like Wrechiski & Jason Ross, Bingo Players, Excision, Drumsound & Bassline Smith, JOYRYDE and Beauty Queen soundtrack the colorful clip.

"We come together in this place of beauty. These moments live on inside us and help us realize we're not alone. We are all connected," the narrator ends the video.

EDC Las Vegas goes down June 16, 17 and 18. Tickets are currently onsale at Specific headliners have not yet been announced.
